Ingredients:

- 200g sprouted azuki beans
- 5 tbsp flax seeds
- 200g dates, pitted
- 200ml rice / almond milk 
- 7 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder, slightly de-oiled
- 1/2 packet of tartar baking powder
- 2 ripe bananas
- pinch of salt


1. Grind the flaxseed finely in a blender, cover with water and let it steep for about 10 minutes.

2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in the mixer to an even mass.

3. Spread the brownie mixture on a deep baking tray, smooth out

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 20 minutes.

5. Cool, cut into pieces and enjoy

Ingredients:

- 400g chickpeas, sprouted
- 3 tablespoons tahini (sesame mushrooms)
- juice of half a lemon
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, cold-pressed < br /> - 1-2 cloves of garlic, fresh
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cumin
- Coreander

- water

1. Let the chickpeas sprout in the organic sprout jar for 2 to 3 days

2. Steam the sprouts in a pot with a stainless steel steamer basket for about 30 minutes, until they are slightly soft

3. Puree all ingredients with a stand mixer or hand blender to a fine consistency. Gradually add water until the desired consistency is achieved.

This is the basic recipe for a successful hummus. You can get very creative here and add fresh or steamed vegetables (preferably eggplant, zucchini, tomato) to spice things up. Or remove smaller amounts of the basic mixture at the end and season them separately with various herbs or fresh and dried tomatoes. You have now put together 3 different spreads / dips in no time.

Super tasty and super healthy if you sprout the chickpeas beforehand :)

Sprossensalat Sprossen selber ziehen

This salad is so rich in antioxidants , freshness liveliness fuel for the cells, that you just have to try it! You will have strength for several hours of sports, games and fun (or exciting work).

Ingredients:

- Radish sprouts (purple)

- mountain lentil sprouts

- ground elder

- nettle

- Chickweed

- dandelions

for the dressing:

- olive oil

- lemon juice or orange juice (freshly squeezed)

- Salad herbs

- 1 teaspoon mustard - possibly a splash of agave syrup

The wild herbs can be cut into small pieces or roughly chopped, so they are easier to chew and digest. Then spread a handful of radish sprouts around the wild herbs, spread the dressing and garnish generously with lentil sprouts.

The mountain lentil sprouts bring an extra portion of vegetable proteins and are extremely nutritious and filling when eaten raw. We prefer the raw food quality of the lentils. (Of course you can also steam the lenses briefly)

Radish sprouts

Ingredients : Mustard oils, proteins,
Vit A, B1, B2, C, niacin, calcium, iron, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium, bitter substances

1.

1.5 cups walnuts
1.5 cups cashew nuts
1 tbsp Cocoa (raw if possible)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 small dates (without stone)

Grind all ingredients in a mixer to a dough-like consistency.

2. Add 1 cup of sunflower sprouts and mix again

3.  Shape into balls and decorate as desired with dried coconut and cinnamon

1. Grind 1 - 2 teaspoons of basil seeds with a mortar and pestle 

2. in the carafe, fill up with water, stir vigorously

3.  As desired, add ginger slices / lemon verbena / fresh lemon juice / fresh orange juice.

We recommend letting this fresh drink steep for at least 30 minutes so that the seeds & ingredients are fully activated.

This is a very, very invigorating drink! It will help you be motivated to power through the day.  😀

Sprouts grow out of plant seeds and put all life energy into their new shoot, the sprouts. Since the entire plant power is concentrated here, it is easy to understand that sprout vegetables are full of potentiated nutrients . You will find a 20 - 200 times higher content of vitamins , minerals , fiber and secondary ones Plant substances than in adult vegetables.

For example, 1 large handful of alfalfa sprouts contains the same amount of vitamin C as 6 glasses of freshly squeezed orange juice!

What is special about sprouts is that they are uplifting. Other vegetables are cut off from the growth process at the moment of harvest and thus go into a slow degradation process. Sprouts, on the other hand, are still growing in a living and anabolic process while we are eating them. This light gives us life energy in our own body as we nibble on these delicious sprout seeds.

For us this is always fascinating even after all this time and we are so grateful for this miracle of nature! And thanks to our large jars, the BioSprosser, the sprouts can easily unfold as they grow. They have enough space and even create their own microclimate in the glass. Our seasonal tip: Buckwheat and Fenugreek for breakfast!

In autumn and winter our body has to put to use more of its defenses than usual during the year. In order for it to do this well and for you to get through the cold winter days staying healthy and in top shape, your body needs your support! And preferably right in the morning for breakfast.

Now the basis for a successful day is being established! The slag substances accumulated during the night can be excreted and a vital basis can be created. Fenugreek, with its valuable bitter substances, helps with this, as does the multi-use buckwheat.

We live by the motto: Experience is the best teacher!

Try out your favorite breakfast combination today and experience for yourself your newly gained vital energy!

Basic recipe:

We recommend a ratio of approx. 2: 1 (buckwheat: fenugreek)

  1. Fill the sprouting jar (1700ml / 3100ml) with the sprouts so that approx. 1/3 of the jar is filled. (You are welcome to use the picture on the start page as a guide.)
  2. Let soak overnight (8-12 hours).
  3. Rinse in the morning and evening as usual.

You can enjoy this mix after 2-3 days. Take one serving at a time from the jar and let the rest of the sprouts continue to grow. You will notice: it almost seems as if the glass is barely emptied by the ever growing sprouts.

Tip: Combine depending on your preferences

  • Soaked seeds / nuts / dried fruits
  • fresh seasonal fruit
  • 1 tablespoon each of cold-pressed flaxseed oil (a rich source of important omega-3 fatty acids)
